At NurPak, we take pride in producing high-quality, custom-printed paper products tailored to your business needs.
Because our items are made-to-order and customized with your logo or design, most orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

However, we understand that issues can occur. Please review our policy below.


Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

You may be eligible for a return or replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item, wrong print, or damaged products upon delivery.

  • The order was not produced according to the approved design proof you provided.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Photos of the defect or issue may be required before approval.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-printed paper products (cups, bowls, plates, bags) once production has started.

  • Sample orders or test prints.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or storage issues after delivery.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, credited to your original method of payment.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Orders returned with minor missing quantities or partial damage.

  • Orders where only a portion of the print or packaging was affected.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your card provider; it may take time for funds to post.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at [your support email].


Reprints and Exchanges

If your order arrived defective or with print errors, we’ll gladly reprint or replace the affected items at no extra cost.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a NurPak printing or product error.
